Welcome back to my channel, Dhamu's kitchen and vlog. today I’m excited to share a quick and easy 2 recipes. a delicious Sing Bhajiya vegetable and chavanu Sabji .both you can prepare in just *5 minutes*! Perfect for those hot summer days when you want to spend less time in the kitchen.

🥗 Ingredients List:
2 tablespoons of oil
½ teaspoon of mustard seeds (rye)
½ teaspoon of cumin seeds
A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
Salt to taste
1 cup of beaten curd (yogurt)
½ cup of water
1 packet of Sing Bhajiya (fritters)
Fresh coriander for garnish
🍳 Detailed Method:
1. *Heat Oil*: Start by heating 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
2. *Add Spices*: Once hot, add ½ teaspoon of mustard seeds and cumin seeds. After they crackle, add a pinch of asafoetida.
3. *Sauté Onions*: Add the finely chopped onions and sauté on low flame until they become soft and translucent. Add salt to speed up the process.
4. *Add Tomatoes*: Once the onions are soft, add the chopped tomatoes and mix well.
5. *Cook the Masala*: Cover the pan and let the masala cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
6. *Add Curd*: Reduce the flame and add the beaten curd, mixing it quickly to prevent curd from splitting.
7. *Add Water*: Pour in ½ cup of water to create a gravy and cover the pan for a minute.
8. *Add Sing Bhajiya*: Once the gravy is boiling, add the Sing Bhajiya and mix gently. Turn off the flame after a minute to keep the bhajiya crispy.
9. *Garnish*: Finally, garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot!
